WHAT IS CARBON

Carbon is a ministry designed specifically for 4th & 5th graders at Heartland Community Church.

We call it Carbon - because it supports life and we're all made of it. Our weekends together consist of uniquely designed services, set in an exciting and inviting environment to engage our preteens to learn and grow in God and community.

Carbon services take place each weekend in the Loft at Heartland - Saturday @ 4:00 pm and Sunday @ 9:00 am & 11:00 am. We have our own team of volunteers ready to engage and build into our Carbon kids. So if you have a 4th or 5th grade kid, get them to Carbon!

VOLUNTEER

Do you love cartoons, the Disney Channel, or maybe Nickelodeon? Find yourself humming tunes from the Jonas Brothers or High School Musical 3 in the shower? Secretly take delight in playing Wii games? Or most importantly, enjoy hanging out with kids that do? Then you have the potential to make a great volunteer for carbon!

Carbon has its own volunteer team that makes each weekend experience special for our carbon kids. If you would be interested in being a part of small group leading, tech team, hosting, teaching, or checking kids in, please contact us to get started at carbonkid@heartland.cc.
